Authorization for Data Consultation

I declare that I am the owner of the provided data or an authorized legal representative and I authorize Datalabs Análises de Dados e Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 19.878.190/0001-72) to perform consultations in public and private databases, when applicable, exclusively for the purposes described below.

Compliance with contractual and legal obligations

Legal Bases (LGPD)

This data processing is based on the following legal bases of Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD):

The consulted data will be shared exclusively with the contracting client who requested the consultation, under a specific contract that ensures compliance with LGPD and authorized purposes. There is no sharing with unauthorized third parties.

Datalabs adopts technical and administrative security measures, including encryption, access control, audit logs, and strict internal policies for personal data protection.

Retention Period

Data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill authorized purposes or as legally required, and will be deleted after that period.
